Lawrence Public Schools Strategic Plan

PUBLIC MEETINGS
The Board of Education (BOE) meets twice each month, generally on the second and fourth Mondays. The meetings begin at 7 p.m. at the ESDC building located at 110 McDonald Drive unless otherwise noted.

AGENDAS
BOE meeting agendas are made available several days in advance of the meeting dates. Agendas are posted at each school, provided to the local news media for public announcement, placed on file at the Lawrence Public Library, made available for review at the Educational Support and Distribution Center, posted to this web site.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
Audience Participation Forms will be made available to patrons wanting to address the BOE. All forms will be distributed and collected during the meetings. The BOE invites comment on items not included on the agenda at the beginning of each Business Meeting. There will be opportunities for public comment on items appearing on the agenda after the BOE as discussed those particular items. Patrons are asked to limit their comments to five minutes.

All BOE meetings are televised LIVE on Sunflower Broadband on channel 26, with replays on Wednesday nights.
